Teenage years can be tough with many teens suffering in silence or slipping through the cracks. Research shows that a caring, independent adult mentor can help teens build resilience, become more confident, improve school belonging and provide hope for the future.
Not every school can run in-school Raise youth mentoring programs (for a variety of reasons), however we can still help you support students at your school through Raise Digital – online youth mentoring.

In 2023, the University of Melbourne and Social Outcomes Lab conducted independent evaluations of the impact of Raise Youth Mentoring. These compared the outcomes for young people in the Raise Youth Mentoring program to a matched control group of other young people.
The evaluation found that Raise Youth Mentoring led to positive outcomes in the key areas of help seeking, resilience, hope for the future and school engagement.
